Scheduled dates
We warmly invite you to join us at the Being Human Festival Launch. Raise a glass to this year's festival and enjoy a showcase of snippets from the nationwide programme of public engagement activities celebrating the humanities (10–19 November). There will be performances to enjoy and interactive stalls to explore. You'll get a sneak peek of the 2022 programme which is bursting with fascinating activities — from Victorian street songs to queer badge-making, and electric experiments to eye-tracking poetry reading — there'll be something for everyone on the night!
Refreshments will be available throughout the evening. This event is free to attend, but booking is required and spaces are limited.
Being Human is led by the School of Advanced Study, University of London, with generous support from Research England, in partnership with the Arts and Humanities Research Council and British Academy.
