- HCB is on one level with step-free, level access throughout, entered via ramp from a smooth-tarmac car park, with 2 Blue Badge spaces 10m from entry. HCB has a wheelchair-accessible unisex toilet, short-piled tiled carpeting, some cushioned seating and is well, evenly lit. HCB has an induction loop system. A personal/portable system is available. Some staff have received 'Welcome All' training. Its tearoom is ramp accessible. The tearoom doors have limited width but an evacuation chair is provided. Some seats have arms removed for easier access.

Exploring photography past, present and future, this evening event invites us to consider where and how we share our photographs. Organised in conjunction with the Redesdale Society, it will feature short talks on Bellingham’s new exhibition ‘Picture This: Marking 20 Years of Facebook & 120 Years of Photographs’, on the history of photography and on Heritage Centre Bellingham’s photographic archives alongside stories written by Elsdon Writers Group and inspired by local photographs.
This event is designed for an adult audience. Refreshments will be provided.
