In this workshop you will create a ceramic artwork by impressing objects such as leaves, knitted jumpers, lace curtains, stones, chains, jewellery etc. The clay can be embossed with names or phrases and decorated with coloured clay slips and could take the form of a small piece of jewellery or a larger plaque or tile.
After the workshop the ceramic will be dried and fired in a kiln to produce a lasting memento.
