2023 marks the 50th anniversary of the release of Pink Floyd's seminal album Dark Side of the Moon. Come along to this radio workshop to help create material for an upcoming broadcast on Chapel FM. Discover and rediscover the music and lyrics of Dark Side of the Moon and gain new perspectives and contexts to the album from a range of research and creative practice.
This workshop is open to all and will particularly appeal to those interested in Pink Floyd, rock music, broadcast radio, writing and issues of neurodiversity and mental health. Suitable for ages 18 and over.
Chapel FM is a community radio station based in East Leeds.
This workshop will be facilitated by Oz Hardwick (The Lithium Codex, Hedgehog Poetry Press, 2019) and Amina Alyal (Words from a Distance, Stairwell Books 2021, co-edited with Judi Sissons).
