Join us for an expressive relief print, pattern, and mark-making workshop. In this session, you will create unique patterns that commemorate the milestone moments of your life story. We will delve into the human desire to mark time, celebrate life events, and preserve our stories as well as to project, predict, and prophesize the future.
Drawing inspiration from symbols, iconography, and mythology, you will explore how these elements shape our identities and narratives around our own lives.
By the end of the workshop, you will craft your own icon—a visual representation of your past, present, and future, embodying your hopes, dreams, and aspirations.
Open to ages 12 upwards.
