Come along to the Black Cultural Archives for an interactive session on the Windrush scandal. Explore memorabilia from the old landing cards to the naturalisation documents of the Windrush generation and hear recorded interviews with those impacted by the scandal. There will also be special guest speakers who will tell their stories in-person and explain how they continue to fight for justice.

Dr Juanita Cox will give a flash talk about the importance of capturing and preserving these stories to create an invaluable archive of lesser known 'voices' in this complex story of Caribbean migration, and wider British history. There will also be a chance, if desired, for you to share your own memories or thoughts in a safe and relaxed space.
