In our rushed lives, we are constantly, instantly and sometimes even unconsciously using our smartphone cameras to capture the environment, people, events and the world in general. But how often do we go back and stop to reflect about what those pictures actually make us feel? What was the story we wanted to capture? In this group discussion over coffee (or tea!), re-connect with photography and explore how photography can be used more mindfully.

You'll be invited to discuss these ideas alongside a series of pictures, and to share and explore how they make you feel and the thoughts they inspire.

Come along to discover how you can use photography as a tool for self-discovery, and for reflecting and engaging with the world around us.
