Scheduled dates
The Quinepedia project aims to raise public awareness and ‘break through’ the silence around women’s contributions to the culture, history and heritage of North-East Scotland (quines: Doric for woman). The project will create a touring exhibition celebrating women from North-East Scotland which will visit libraries in Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire. The exhibition will operate on a drop-in basis, with the opening times of the relevant libraries. Further information will be available soon.
Would you like to contribute to the creation of a Soundscape of women’s voices talking about women they admire from NE Scotland? If so, join researchers at Inverurie Library on 22 October, Peterhead and Stonehaven libraries on 29 October.
This event is part of Robert Gordon University's Festival Hub.
