Come along for a discussion with Basis Yorkshire, a charity which works to end stigma, create safety and promote empowerment around sex work and exploitation, taking place at the Heart Centre. The event will cover the history of sex work in Leeds, and will invite participants to share their thoughts with colleagues from Basis and researcher Kate Lister from the Leeds Centre for Victorian Studies (Leeds Trinity University) who is exploring the subject.

For the discussion, please book via the contact email to save your place.

The conversation will be followed by a workshop on writing your own stories or imaginings in privacy and safety, offered to service users of Basis by invitation only.
