You might not know that Llandudno is the location of the last Jewish synagogue in North Wales. In fact, the Jewish community has made a real impact on the town. But what attracted Jews to this resort and why did they stay? How did they shape their environment and how did it shape them? Join this gentle walking tour to find out more. The walk will be guided by bilingual history professionals, who will take you to multiple sites around Llandudno that are steeped in Jewish history.

Comfortable and waterproof footwear and clothing are advised. The walk will take approximately an hour and a half and will begin and end at the Museum. If any plans need to be modified because of the weather, participants will be contacted via Eventbrite, at the email address with which they registered.

This event is part of Bangor University's Festival Hub.
